It's not really a frame tent, more a tunnel tent, and although I have no experience of this particular model I would imagine that it goes up in a similar way to the Rage Alta 4DX which I bought last year, except that the poles are already bent to shape. And it's a heck of a lot bigger and heavier so needs more people - we could do ours between the two of us.

We pegged the centre back of the flysheet to stop it blowing away, then inserted all the poles, working from back to front, and attached them to the pins, laying each one down on the previous one. Then we lifted the front pole and pulled it forward so that all the others lifted, pegged the guy out at the front, pegged the ones at the back, jiggled the poles about a bit till they were all in line and pegged the rings at the bottom. Then we worked our way round, pegging out all the pegging points and guys.

Finally put the inners and groundsheets in.

Good Luck!

If you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, just keep going till you go round the bend.

Hi I had the same problem with the instructions and even got in touch with the company and they sent me exactly the same instructions as I got with the tent. I used some of the advice offered by others on this site and pegged the back of the tent first then inserted the poles putting one section at a time up starting at the back. Like putting any tent up for the first time the air was blue, but it wasn't that difficult as long as there are two of you.

Cool can i ask what poles you got with the tent as i am missing the 20 straight poles it mentions in the instructions and also the corner bits it mentions, have contacted tentastic where i brought the tent from and they are sending me another set of poles.

Are the black flexi ones the roof and the black metal ones the side?

I will have my partner helping me so it should all be good thanks for any help you can give.

these tents are easy to put up. I got no instructions with mine last year but I managed fine.

However, yesterday I took it away for a one night camp at loch awe. The wind was quite blustery, gusts up to 50 miles per hour, 5 of the metal poles snapped.

This tent is no good for wind.

I am not buying another one of these. I am glad I never paid full price. I got it for £60 from e bay.

I will be using fibre glass poles all the time from now on.
