We have a base tent ..... it's brilliant, goes up in seconds - all pegged out in 5 mins - same putting down ..... we use it with the 3 man pop up
Plus I can manage them by myself

We use it for cooking and storage .......

They can be joined together or joined to small pop ups ..... and they do a bedroom inner with SIG

Highly recommended

Yeah no probs ..... we leave a good space from back of the tent for the table when cooking - easy enough to push back at night, when filling with chairs and bike etc.

Only little snag for us, is remembering to step over the bit at bottom of doorway ..... being a tad older, getting knees up 4 inches high lol

We have a grey with red and black edging - so will go well with you red one lol

You put the pop up, up to the base and the canopy on the base covers the doorway of the pop up .... so you can crawl out of bed and into day tent without getting wet or being seen

If you want to use both pop ups connected to base, you will need 4 door base £129 - that comes with groundsheet ( they are about £10 and the bedroom inner is £30)

that is why i have never bothered with a 'day tent' before and have opted for a gazebo or our new 'coleman event shelter'.

however the advantages of quechua quality with pop up erection (don't go there  ) outweigh the effort of getting your leg over.

did i say that
