We want a tunnel tent with SIG. Just the 2 of us, thinking a 4/6 berth tent. This will be used this year for holidays in France and Spain. Windows and living space are important to us, canopy would be good but not critical as we have a tarp. Colour is not important, although we looked at some tunnels that were very dark blue, looked like the could be temporary mortuaries!!!!!! Any suggestions, recommendations, warnings!!!!!
Thanks for any input.

Have you looked at a Vango Nile / Amazon or Outwell Vermont. Both tunnels with SIG. The Vango's have a canopy and the Outwell has an enclosed porch area.
Just the two of us as well....and looking for a similar tent to go to France. Have a look at the Outwell Nevada L. A lot of tent for under £200, quick to put up and plenty of head room.

If you look in my gallery both my tents are tunnels with SIGs and I can recommend both and both under £200. The Coleman is polycotton and has extra ventilation so keeps cool when required.
I can only go on my experience we have an outwell vermont xl which has fully opening windows along the entire length of the tent with mozzie screens which you can also have up or down all tents get warm no getting away from that we decided on this tent because its a lighter being like a khaki green and i think it does make a slight difference to the temp inside

Thanks for you input guys, appreciate your time and trouble. After seeing a posting on this site we bought the one in the link, Anaconda, have a look if you not got a tent, you just might fancy it.
We have just got the Vermont XL and we think the windows, plus the huge porch that opens right up would be great for ventilation in warm weather, if we get some this summer that is!
Have you considered the Outwell Bear Lake. They have a zip in groundsheet rather than a SIG which does give a bit of flexibilty with ventilation. Fits all your other criteria. Poly cotton so will be cooler in hot weather than nylon. Not cheap but a fab peice of kit.
