i can only speak for my quechua and yes it is.

i got the chap in the Decathlon shop to show me, then done it myself, as well as watched the web page and no probs at all.

I have several, and find them easy to fold away.  Best thing is to do as keacal says, and get them to show you in the shop, and practice there too if you can!

I love the idea of a pop up, without knowing anything about them.
I just love the thought of half falling over, the tent falls out and, hey presto,the tent is up and ready
Or have I got it wrong
