I have been reading the campsite forum, and have been amazed at the amount of information and help available from other campers. This has been far more helpful than any other tent review site I have found. I bought my first tent on the strength of the advice given here and have been delighted with it. So I'm coming back for more advice.
I Have an Outwell Oragon 3 birth that I use for weekend folk festivals, this is great for one person as I have ample room for cooking, dressing, washing etc. I can put it up on my own with no problem and it's been fantastic in wind and rain.
My husband is over 6' and has had a spinal operation, so bending over for any length of time in a tent is not an option. I have - finally - talked him into coming to some festivals with me, and I have been looking at the Oragon 5 birth twin as it has good standing room, with space for storage and cooking. But before I make a final decision, does anyone have any other thoughts on a good tent for 2 people - I don't do cramped! - with good head room that is easy to put up (I will be doing most of it on my own), has good living space for cooking or if it rains. I looked at another Outwell as I'm used to my Oragon, but I'm willing to change my views if another make is much better. The tent will be used for weekends rather than long holidays.
