Is anyone familiar with http://www.caravans-camping.co.uk, which is the website of Aspinalls Caravans - Camping. They sell Factory Second tents at considerably reduced prices, but I'm a little dubious as I can't get their contact page to load and they don't give any details about what constitutes a Second.

Please save yourself the worry and hassle of dealing with this company. If you have any kind of problem with your purchase you should be prepared to go through the courts to get a refund, as they completely ignore their obligations under the Sale of Goods Act! There will be people on here who have received good service from them, but i'm guessing they were lucky and the goods they ordered were complete and not faulty!

I ignored advice from people on here and learned the hard way!
