I would definitely recommend the Indiana tents, I have just bought an Indiana 4 (2007) and its the best large tent I have ever had.....so sturdy in the wind, easy to put up and Outwell have admirable attention to detail...it will last years if looked after and thats what I like in a tent, not swapping and changing every other season.......
We have indi 8 and use a blue plastic tarp from B&Q as footprint. No need to spend a fortune on a ready sized one, just pitch the tent, fit the footprint and then hang bedrooms and bathtub GS.
Great tent, stood up well to the winds last weekend. also outsde front canopy is great for cooking in.

I've been looking at this one, but also at the Colorado and the Vango Amazon. I think I'd prefer a SIG and also a rain-cover over the door (been dripped on too many times by tents without!). The Indy doesn't have a SIG I believe, does anyone know if the Colorado has a rain-cover over the door? I haven't seen one in the flesh ...

There may not be a sig in the indy however the bathtub gs is great at keeping the wind off if you peg the flaps upder it when you pitch. the ventilation in the bedroom areas is good at keeping out condensation and if you create the bathtub effect on the footprint (see gap in bottom of tent post) its as good as a sig but without the need for worrying about excess moisture.
We have been out in the tent in wind, rain and snow (see profile), and keep coming back for more.
used our Indy 6 last week in Cornwal, gusts of 40-60 mph and rain. The tent took it all in its stride. The morning revealed that those with fibre glass poles had not fared so well. Shame its been disscontinued - not sure why, its a great tent. Might have bought a Bear or Wolf Lake had I known it would be disscontinued in 2008, having just bought it in 2007. Still great tent for the price.

We have had an indi for a couple of years and it has been a great tent, the canopy stops any rain when coming in and is big enough to set the cooker up under (pic in profile). The bathtub keeps the inside dry and is easy to take out to clean, the last couple of times we have left the bathtub attached and pitched it as one so set up time is fast. Lots of vents and good sied windows give good light.
Overall it has been my favourite tent by far and we have had a fair few.
