I started off with the Nebraska but it leaked like a sieve so I then decided on a Pescara which is the same layout as the Nebraska but with an extra side annexe (useful toilet/storage area!).  I have no complaints about the Pescara other than it did take me about an hour to pitch it but with more practice I'm sure this could be reduced.  If you take a look in the tent reviews section of the forum, "Langleys" has left a very detailed review of this tent which I'm sure you'll find very interesting.  I loved my Pescara but it turned out to be too big for us when all we wanted to do was go away for 2 days at a time so in the end I downsized for something a little easier to pitch.  It has masses of living space and is nice to look at too.  All in all I would say it really is a fabulous tent!

I couldn't tell you anything about the Nebraska 2008 model but I'm sure someone will be along soon who can!

Good luck with your decision!

We bought the Pescara this year, and have used it for 10 nights so far ( 2 trips).

Have been really pleased with it, plenty of space, and this tent has the advantage of the back annexe .

We have found it not too bad to put up, after 3rd go, it takes about 30 - 40 mins, pegged out. And it keeps getting easier!

It easily fits back into the bag, with supplied straps, we also keep the footprint and carpet in the bag too.

We used it over the very windy bank hol, and we had no leaks or damage.

There are quite a few pole pieces, but these are colour coded, and only end up as 7 complete poles.

The pack is very heavy and large, so ber that in mind, if you are short on space!

And the Pescara is about £100 cheaper than the nebraska, and it includes the front canopy area, whereas you have to buy that as an extra with the Nebraska!

Hope that helps, any other specific questions, please reply back, and I will try and help.
