Fly first, again don't see the point of inner pitch first in this country.
i also like the fact we can take down the bedrooms and use the space to pack the other stuff up first. also works well if with friends as kids can run round in ours while we help take others down.
we have never had any condsation or other issues.

Like most folk say fly first is usually quicker to erect, however inner first is best for comfort imo, cooler in hot weather, warmer in cool weather and no condensation. We have diablo which is inner first and went to look for weekend tent at local display nearly all were outer first (good makes) and they were all noticeably hot inside. Problem we find pitching inner first in not so much rain but wind when pulling over large flysheet, diablo really needs two people to put up quickly. Guess it comes down to finding best compromise for all your requirements.
I believe air between layers acts as insulation, also if you have full inner with sig any moisture from inside will leave through ventilation panels and collect on underside of flysheet then run down without causing any probs.
