Hi there, I'm new to these message boards and I'm just after abit of friendly advice really, I've recently brought a Rage Vardo 10 tent mainly due to the space inside of the tent.

but as I've looked all over the bag and inside of all the parts of the tent there was no pitching instructions at all, I have e-mailed the website I got this tent from but has no response from them for these instructions.

I'm not the greatest at putting tents up for the first time and don't have a clue where to start with this tent to be honest, and was just wondering if someone could help me out with easy to follow instructions to pitch the tent.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the rage tents do have a pretty poor reputation. do a search here and read the reviews. If you can send it back, and get a refund , do i and save yourself time and trouble.

When did you email the company? I assume you mean Tentastic. They have an excellent reputation for customer care and service and I wouldn't be at all surprised if with a little perseverence the instructions will be winging their way to you in no time. Wait until Monday at least and try them again.

I repeat, do not depair. Tentastic sell thousands of tents and whilst some people may experience problems this is no different to what happens to many who purchase the more expensive "branded" tents.There are countless people who are perfecly happy with their Rage tents. I certainly haven't had any problems.

Just be a little patient, wait for the instructions and be prepared for a pleasant surprise!

cheers for you help guys, just to let you all know, the tent has been returned and refund given back due to a whole in the roof of the tent
