Hi, I don't know if Outwell do a Base pop up tent. But I bought a Decathlon Base tent and used it for the first time last weekend. It was great, only took a few minutes to pitch despite not test pitching it first at home.

I used a coleman Adrenaline tent as a bedroom and it was a great combination, perfect for short stays. I would imagine that if you had an Outwell pop up tent then you wouldn't have any problems connecting it to the Quechua base tent.

i have a quechua and an outwell pop up tent and they both indeed connect to my base full with no problems at all.
