Hello campers, don't want to bore you with a VERY LONG story, but we have just been 'granted' a Coleman Modulus X5 Has anyone managed to erect one from the picture board instructions???? sewn into the bag, not exactly an idiots guide in plain English, help us please ? We had similar problems with the Sahara 4,but thanks to your very informative board,it was easy pezy! Basically can it be pitched with the removable end attached,or should it be put on afterwards, and as we have not unpacked it yet, we have not sussed out all the bits! Is it quite stable minus the att/det b/room,as the photos on the web show no guy ropes at the end, when the bedroom is not attached. We plan to ignore the instructions(haven't got a degree in hirogliffics(??) and pitch,or have a go to,as per the outwell minnesota video,eg peg out at one end, insert poles & pull along & repeat until we reach the other end.Well I am waffling now so I will shut up and hope some kind soul will understand my ramblings and help, before there is murder on the campsite! Look forward to the info with GRATEFUL THANKS x

Cheers Andyn999,I suppose it will be as clear as mud once we have all the bits out.didn't realise it had a roof support also.As the tent comes with the end section unattached,is it easy to put up without it attached (sorry a bit thick!)or should we attach it,errect it & then detach again,as 9/10 we won't need it,but worried that the flat blank end will suffer if it is hit by gusts(does it have guys attached?)Do you have a modulus? we were also wondering with all the windows do you have much problem with condensation. The Sahara was top notch with all the mesh & space between the fly & inner, that was one of it's plus points, plus the dark material meant you could have a lie in,so that light grey should be an experience at 4am.Oh by the way Coleman are thinking of bringing out foot print ground sheets next year,so that will save taping & joining tarpaulins to size in the future. Thanks once again, appreciate your help & comments x
