We have problems with the roof supports to, funnily enough though we were told by outwell we were the only ones....

hello ,

just out of interest how did you contact outwell? ive gone back to "world of camping" but waiting a reply at the moment. I can still use the poles but at 350 quid i expect it to be right.

Hi flinty,

I used the company directory tab at the top of this page and emailed them. Please be aware though it took them about 3 weeks to reply and I messaged them twice.  Unfortunately when they called it came up as number withheld and the spoke to my Hubby who didn't get any details except the message that we were the only people to send the tent back and that they were sorry.  They will reply but you may need to badger them a bit.  Good Luck x

hi, found the link, thanks. complained to them as well as "worldofcamping" just waiting to see what they say, think i may have replied to another thread of yours so sorry if you have this twice. Anyway, managed to repack into the bag this morning so it can go in!!!

Weekend looking grim but might give it a go again.

Thanks for your info

Flinty
