Have you made sure that all the pole sleeves are centered over the poles. I know they are a pain if not. We had a problem with our rear poles and had to adjust the front poles to even them out and then it erected better.

stewey - I know what you mean. This happened to us this weekend but we attributed it to pitching on an up hill slope, in a bit of a dip (which is hwat bordercaz is getting at).

However, we concluded that it may be a bit of a tendency with this design, because the guy ropes on the brow pole seem to pull that forwards and downwards, thus causing the front door area to sag and become a little concave. We plan to experiment when we pitch it again, to see if it is about the levelness of the ground, and to play around with the guying to see if we can improve on things.

I had exactly the same problem and was pitched on level ground.  I have to say, I;m rather disappointed with this tent.  I bought it because I read several reviews that said you could pitch it single handed but I found it hard to get the 2 main poles up without assistance.  Also found it hard to get back in the bag like other reviewers.  I don't think it is particularly well made and isn't a patch on my Outwell Montana and wasn't that much quicker to put up and down - the whole reson I bought it!

We have the Orchy 400, and it has the same problem with the front door.

Although ventilation is good it does not solve the condensation problem.
Usually it all just runs down the inside of the flysheet and onto the grass.
On these tents it runs down the inside forming pools of water on the sewn-in-groundsheets... you end up getting a cloth to soak it all up every morning.

The big problem with the 400 is the inner cannot be removed.
Take the tent down on a wet day and the inner gets soaked from the outer packed-up against it.

This is not an issue if you are leaving camp and going straight home.
But, it is a big issue if you are moving on to a new campsite... you'll arrive and all your inner tent is soaked.
