We had 3 leaky SV8 (1 2006 and 2 2007). We changed to a 2007 Vermont XL which leaked like a sieve down the seams.
We exchanged this for a 2008 model which was well and truly leak tested during the Whitsun bank holiday storms. This one is defintely leak proof and we love it.
If you like the Outwell designs (we think they are the most innovative) and yours is still in guarantee it might be worth trying to get a 2008 model. We're glad we perservered!
