If windspeeds are a constant late 20's early 30's ,gusts are usually a lot faster than that so its not very comfortable camping in those conditions !
Depends how much shelter and how good your tent is and how good you are at pitching as whether your tent survives
But even if your tent survives ,which most do actualy (unless very poor tents or very badly pitched)its still really misserable and uncomfortable :(
