We bought a Vango Vail 700 last autumn and used it for a weekend and recently used it again but this time one of the carbon window visor rods split. i was a bit miffed especially as I couldn't find the receipt. I emailed Vango and they requested we send the rod in and they'd see what they could do as the tent is now discontinued.

Well they DHL'l it back in exactly 8 days (including postal time). The rod was was either repaired or replaced.

Excellent service. Now for a nice weekend to try it out.
