Just purchased Vermont XL recently and are really pleased with it. Only problem is any tips as to how we can fit the tent back into the very nice roller bag it came in. My husband really flipped out about it so any useful tips would be very welcome.

Thanks

Have you been on the outwell website to see the putting up video?  I'm sure its got a bit at the end showing you how to get the vermonts back into the bag...

We've got a Vermont L and I know there is a lot of folding before you roll it up!!!

sympathise with you but we only have the vermont m . on our first use it took us quite a few attempts just to beable to roll it

. But we found keeping the  side doors open and the front porch completely unzipped helps to deflate it.

Also by pulling it back you need to make sure that you spread the material evenly this helps when rolling it up

. We also found that after each fold leaving it for a while to settle, found by folding the tent in three and then the length of it in half allows you to roll it up abit more easier

hope this makes sense.Watched the video from outwell but did not seem to make it any easier. Good luck

we've got that tent and this is how we do it.

fold the front porch area back so that youre left with the main rectangle of the tent. leave the zips open, especially at the front to let air out.

fold both sides into the middle so they meet. then fold both sides into the middle again so they meet again.

then flop one side onto the other. then use a small child as a roller :-) or keep walking up it to push the air out of the front where the zips are left open.

then tightly roll it up from the back, so the air keeps coming out of the front.

once its all rolled up, we get the bag and fit it over the top of it, and then roll it over and zip it up.

works for us :-)
