I remember when I looked, it seemed to want enquiries to go to dealers - someone on here might have something though, you never know!

Hi,

If you click on company directory at the top of this page and look for outwell there is an email link there.  It does take a while but they do reply,

if you contact outwell about a tent problem they will tell you to go to the dealer where you bought it from and go through them, i dont think they will deal with the public direct

We got a phone call from one of the managers there after emailling through this site but it did take about 3 weeks x

Go through your dealer. Our told us last week he was going over there this week.

I think they are in Halifax, mstand to be corrected. Try looking for Oaes Outdoors as well. I didn't realise they also do easy Camp and Robens !! 

You could alway try the Danish number (045 70 22 85 00) and ask them for a UK contact number
