Why is there a lack of Norfolk Lakes on display? Everywhere seems to just have the wolf lake and bear lake. Are there any reasons for this? Are the Norfolk Lakes not as popular, are there problems with them or are the difficult to errect? What is the reason?

It could be because it's a big tent - we have one and it's like a little bungalow. The Wolf Lake and Bear Lake are very similar and take up less space.
I have a Norfolk Lake, takes about 35 Mins to throw up & Mrs takes about 4Days putting her bits inside . Great family tent, no faults to mention only trouble would if it gets wet, coz of its size it drying out when you get home if you've got the room??
Love that comment Lake 1. I think I have alot in common with your Mrs. It's the nesting thing I'm sure. Glad to know that there are no problems with it. Thinking about getting one. It was our second choice when we got our last tent. The one that died in storms. Might grab an end of season bargain, who knows.

My friends have just fallen in love with a Norfolk Lake - they saw it on display somewhere when they were on holiday in my venture 500 (craving a bit of space perhaps tee hee) i THINK they saw it up somewhere near Gloucester (is that how you spell it? tried about 3 times all look wierd!). They havent been able to put it up yet cos they can't find anyone with a big enough garden lol!
There is one at Highbridge caravans but probably a bit too far from you..!
If you can get into a vermont L and walk around you might get an idea of size...however the side bedroom is a big room instead of the vermont wardrobe. The rest is pretty much the same!
It is definitley my choice for the next big tent purchase!
(Or arrow lake if I'm looking for something a bit smaller!) Cant decide!
I'm looking for a wolf lake 7 tent. Can't find one anywhere local to Hull or within a good driving distance, for us to go and look at. Our local Winfields have a bear lake 6 on display, and we're very impressed with that, but feel we may need a little more space, hence the reason for looking at the wolf lake 7! I'm wondering if anyone has any views on these tents. My hubby can't decide between the norfolk or the wolf lake, so, we're a little torn between the two!
Any help would be much appreciated!!
------------- love shopping, love a bargain even more!

I know this is too far to travel but there was one up on display at Go Outdoors near Glasgow at the weekend. After being inside one I have to get one as soon as I have sold my Montana.

It's a pain round Hull isn't it? I find I end up going to Don Valley Sports at Rossington, nr Doncaster, not sure whether they'll have the Wolf Lake 7 on show. Have you ever been to the tent show at South Hunsley school, I think there's one soon.
