I'm after something a bit smaller than our diablo 600xp for a one night stop, use when we only go away for a couple of days, or to use for a night when we arrive at a site and its raining hard (put diablo up day after) or if we want to go somewhere where they won't accept these large tents.
Things it MUST have are
At least 4 berth
Pitch flysheet 1st
have some kind of porch (shelter when I'm havin a fag!)
SIG
Doors must seal all the way round, need this to keep our 2 small dogs in - lots of tents dont seal at the bottom of the doors

I was going to say the same - Outwell Montana 4. Just bought one from Millets and try'd it out this weekend. It does tick all of your boxes.

Only thing is that the bag is quite large as it has steel poles - so may take up too much room in the car as a second tent.
