I'm having different advice from various retailers re: the outwell kids room. we have a Montana 6, 2007 model. Does anyone know if the kids room will fit. I've been told by one retailer it will fit, but not perfectly as the 2007 model doesn't have the toggles? But I can tie it up pretty easily? Don't want to spend the money if it isn't going to work! Want to order it asap. Any advice would be great.
Thanks Sophie

Thanks so much for replies. I was told by 2 companies that they could be adapted but wouldn't fit "perfectly" due to toggles but you could attach them with a bit of elastic or string! Yeoman's were selling them for £29.00 so I got one - if it's awful then I'll sell it I think!
Will try to adapt this weekend, think of us with bits of string, elastic and a kids room not meant for our tent!! Off to St. Ives for the week so I will post feedback on our return.
Fingers crossed for weather..
Thanks again for advice.
Cheers

Sorry didn't reply sooner. I can confirm that the Outwell kids room DOES fit the Montana 6 - BUT - as the guy at yeoman's said - not perfectly. If you imagine the toggles on the inner bedroom - and the loop they attach to on the actual outer tent, well some of the toggles on the kids room are in a different position and slightly higher/lower than the loops on the tent that you attach them to.
We took some cable ties (the ones you can undo again) and just attached the ones that were slightly out of place with a cable tie - it worked an absolute treat. When we came to striking the camp we just undid the cable ties and folded up kids room for next time. I'm really happy that it worked!!
Some people might not like it aesthetically - but for the sake of about 4 cable ties (which don't look too obvious as they are the small size) we were able to not damage either the kids room or the tent, attach it no problem and we had one happy son who just loved the kids room.
So If anyone does have the older tent but really wants the kids room, this is a good method and compromise.. A lot cheaper than buying a new tent - not that you're likely to do that just for the sake of a kids room!!
In answer - Mrs Horsy to your question, we went to Trevalgan campsite, St. Ives. Great - especially the toddler/young children's bath which meant our son could have a warm bubble bath after day on beach, and the bus service which runs you into St. Ives and brings you back - last bus 11.30, so you can enjoy being in countryside but still don't have to drive in to have a meal and drink!
Cheers - hope this clears up the mystery somewhat surrounding the kids room!!
Thanks for everyone's advice.
