Hi there, after your post on the blue flakes I have just done a letter to vango to tell them about the problem with mine.  I've been very polite and asked for advice from them. So I just wondered if you'd keep me up to date with how yours turns out and like wise myself. ( we were covered in blue, arms, faces clothes, just didn't think about breathing it in)

Yeh will do, just recieved an Email from Vango telling me to return the tent to them at their expense for inspection so will let you know the outcome in the near future.

My letter has gone off today!  Not in it for the money cos I bought it in the sales and i would be happy with the ventura and that if I had to replace it (  I would be quite happy to go with that one again I mean from personal choice as it it has stood up to some batterings (although I think it is now the tamor).  Even though I no longer have my receipt I told them what I paid for It.  I've never seen it that cheap since I bought it)
