hi, i am new to this site so i hope i have posted this in the correct section. does anyone own a 'lichfield appalachian 6 person tent' i have just purchased one it is my first year camping and i love it but this is my 4th tent in the space of a few months, had 2 halfords starter tents which both broke in places so got money back and got a argos tent/gazebo, what a bad mistake (have posted a review on this!) so now got the lichfield but haven't got the garden space to try it out, and i am worryed that i wont be using it till next year and will not be able to take it back if it is no good. any info or advice will be greatly recived, thank-you.

Is there a park or a grassy area of some kind near you?

Pitch it there and check it out. I am sure you will have a small audience but dont worry about that :)

Hi

It's exactly the same shape as a Vango Diablo 600- check out the two websites. Also found a great site to buy them from- just stick Nearly New Tents into google.

We looked at that Lichfield model before settling for a Khyam.  Lichfield is a long established tent company and has always had a good reputation - it was just the colour of the tent and that fact that we wanted to pitch outer first that swung us to the Khyam, which hopefully will be delivered today.
