Isn't it just another thing to get filthy dirty in our glorious rain drenched camp-sites? Alan
Hi alan, well I am rather sceptical about tent carpets too. I can entirely see how they would add warmth and comfort underfoot in the tent and how much people have valued that during a rather dark and gloomy summer. I do wonder about their cleanability though but perhaps we will have to wait another season or so to find out how they last. Also, how much will people want to cone back into a tent with a full nylon carpet after a hot, sweaty , sandy day on the beach (we wish!).
Meantime though, I get the same warm and cosy effect for a fraction of the cost with some machine-washable picnic rugs and a pair of fleecey slippers! MT
