Hi all, we know what we want but can not find it, having had a Vango Vail 700 returned due to leaking we are looking to spend the refund! The Vail was a great unit but just too big and heavy to put up / take down.
We would like set up time of 30 mins, full sig, standing room in living area (will compromise on bedrooms), room for 2 adults both 6' and 2 children (3 & 8) and a canopy / covered area to cook under.
Does it exist? all posts welcome.

How about the Coleman Darwin 5. My kids are 9 and 3 and there's a superb storage area in the back.
Plenty of living space and a ZIG for better ventilation!
Coleman Cedar Creek but I am very biased! SIG, two bedrooms (2nd is small but fine for 8 and 3 year old) standing room thru, and also can be put up in 30 mins with two people. Lovely tent, seen lots since then but love the shape and the space - VERY heavy boy though due to the steel poles but prob not as awkward as a 7 person tent (eg the Vail) good deals on this I got mine for £90 but unsure if still available. I have two Colemans and luv 'em!

Regarding the Wolf lake, If its anything like our old indy 8 it will take approx half an hour to get up and lightly pegged. Then it takes ages to get everything else set up.
With a bit of practice, should be simple.
Tunnels are the way to go, they are roomy and hold up well to the wind!
