We bought our Vango Colorado 600 (not the DLX model) last year and were disappointed to find out that we couldn't get a canopy for it.  Someone told my hubbie that Vango have produced one that would fit our tent.  So we contacted Vango and they told us that the Vango Sun Canopy tunnel would fit our non DLX version.  They retail at about 70 quid.  But I'm still sceptical and would like a bit of confirmation that it really will fit.

Has anyone else apart from us got the non DLX version of the Colorado and bought this canopy?  And if so is it any good / easy to put up?  I don't want to spend 70 quid and find that it doesn't fit our tent.

We love our Colorado 600 but wish we'd researched it a bit more before parting with our cash and bought a DLX - a canopy would have really made a big difference to our camping trips this summer (what summer I hear you all asking !!).

Hi we have a Vango Wyoming 800 tunnel tent and found it a little bit tricky in wet season so we decided to buy a canopy.  I also contacted Vango and they suggested the canopy tunnel.  I searched high and low and found a shop not too far from me and got it for £50. I used it three weeks ago and it did make a huge difference.  I love it to bits.  It's not difficult to erect and dismantle.  I would recommend it.  My brother also bought a Vango large canopy for his Diablo for £39.  His canopy is much much larger than my canopy tunnel and lighter but unfortunately won't match my tent or your Colorado.  Hope this helps.

Thanks very much for your very helpful reply. Could I possibly ask you just one more question though.  Can you give me some idea of how large the Vango sun canopy tunnel is, for instance would it be big enough to sit a couple of chairs under along with a small table?

Thanks again.

I have a Vango large canopy and i got it off e-bay for £35.  Nearly new tents i think the shop was called.  The canopy is huge you will be able to fit chairs, cooker, table everything in it.  I was told that it will fit almost any tent except tunnel tents, saying that i fit it on my tunnel tent not perfectly but will do.  I did have a dome tent and it was great i did all the cooking in it and sat in there at night! i would recommend it

Hi Guys

Would one of these fit on the side of a tunnel tent like the Sunncamp Ventura ??  Would like a cover on one of the side doors.

Cheers
