not with the actual tent it's great, Well the one time we have rigged it it was easy and well all we could hope for, issue we have is for a treat we bought the kids room. and it seems they have changed the design so that the room no longer fits ( i have the 2009 room by the way not an old one ). the old design had a removable inner tent in each room which seems to have been replaced with a room without an inner tent. the room is fine just don't know why the kids inner room is still being sold.

frustrating to say the least has anyone else had this problem

oh and hello by the way sorry i have started here with a moan

Welcome to UKCS

Do you mean that the bedroom pods in the Hartford are no longer unclipable so that you can clip in the children's room?

We have the 2008 Hartford L and the bedroom inners are detatchable. (about to sell it though )

Have a look here

http://www.outwell.dk/KidsRoom.aspx?b=Outwell&bid=2&lid=1&l=en-GB

you have to completely unclip the bedroom inner and then put the kids room in instead

yep the pods ar none existent

and it's not as if they are missing as all the pockets are around the base of the tent and the door is attached to the tent itself

confusing me no end

to add there isn't an inner pod just a room with a door and well it's a room

Welcome invisibleboy,

what a strange thing to change.

Why sell a 2009 kids room if it can't be attached?

I would think it will be colder in the bedrooms now, with not having any inner tents.

never heard of a tent not having  inner bedrooms .

Ohhh do you think it's a wrong 'un??

Phone or go back to the place you got it and query it. Doesn't sound right to me. Have had a look on the web site and it shows no change from the one we have from 2008 and you can take the bedroom inners out of that.

The pockets on our Hartford are around the bottom but on the sides at the back at about head height as you are lying on the air bed inside them. (hope that makes sense)
These bedroom inners will completely undo and can be taken out - left out or replaced with the kids room.

No wonder it was all wrong. The kids rooms won't fit in pre 2008 models.

They changed it in 2008 to pitch all in one.
I have noticed the tents being offered for sale on various web sites with a pictures of the 2008 tent and details of the 2007 and wondered which one you would get if you ordered and also thinking that it was a bit naughty to do that.

Glad you have got it sorted
