Sorry if you have already read this but Camper SAherry suggested that i should re-post in here to get a larger response. Thanks for you help in advance:-
Hi there just thought i'd introduce myself to everyone here, so hello! Just started camping it's been about 9 years since i last did any form of camping due to a knee injury.
So as you can probably imagine i'm a little behind when it comes to the latest Tents and equipment on the market, I'm looking for a pretty large tent maybe a 5 or 6 man, if any body has any suggestions can you let me knoe i'm thinking of getting a Vango. Although i have to be honest the only reason i'm choosing this one is because it looks the nicest lol! So if anyone can actually give me some usefull advice on the VAngo i'm considering, or any other tent that you think would be suitable let me know.Vango

We are new to camping so not sure if i can be of any use really. We have just bought a Bear Lake 6 as I wanted a canvas tent. It is a huge pack when folded, 2 very very big sacks that fill our boot but a fantastic tent. I managed to put it up by myself and it only took 1/2 hour to pack it away between the 2 of us. There is a lot of room inside both in the bedrooms and the day space and it feels very relaxing and not closed in, if you see what I mean. We are very happy with it, now just hoping we can get everything else we need in the car along with the tent!
Hello and welcome. there are loads of vango tents , and vango is a good brand . which one do you have in mind. At the top left corner of the page there is tent review section you may find this helpful for peoples opinions on how easy they are to pitch , any faults they found , etc.
also the search button just above the message posts, is very helpful, you'll find previois dicussions on loads of tents, just enter the name.

Im liking the Vango Orchy at the mo good tent with flexible living/sleeping areas someone selling them on Ebay last week for £189 perfect for weekend breaks, I thought it would be a good tent for me to pitch on my own with the kids but I'm not allowed it doh!! If your budget will stretch I can recommend the Montana 6 which is a really spacious 6 man frame tent we love ours.
