Hi, we are contemplating getting one (Espace 8) but can't seem find any internal pics of the tent, so if anyone does have any we'd love to see them, thanks.

I think the newest model has an internal curtain across the kitchen area.

The tent inners will just be beige and not brick red.  Ours has 3 inners, one large one and two smaller ones on the opposite side which are separated with a wardrobe space.  There is a nice little corridor area with a doorway which is just a piece of material which hangs from the ceiling and pegs into the ground.  It can be zipped up so that when you open up the whole front of the tent you can still have privacy.

OMG - it's like a proper house layout! That's a tent and a half of luxury. That definitely needs the candelabra and comfy corner chair and how about a camping Aga?

Great pictures, Lily. I've never seen inside an Espace before - it really is the ultimate longstay family tent isn't it? Fab.

I have to agree with that, and to be honest it is straightforward to pitch too (it takes us just 30 mins now to have it pitched and pegged but the inners do take quite a bit longer, not a problem when the outer is up as you can take your time once you are weatherproof). The only downside is volume and weight (typical of any frame tent, and this one has to be one of the biggest and most luxurious).

The layout is fab, from the kitchen / utility area which can be curtained off, to the private bedroom / changing area. Best of all, both the front and the side can be unzipped and rolled up, creating a fabulous area for eating and relaxing when the temps soar (thinking warmer climes here).

I hope to pitch ours again in the next few weeks, just to check things over before next use, so will take some pics then for anyone who is interested.

Thanks for the link Lily, amazing, I think the one I've seen is the newer model as it is a different colour on the outside (lighter top colour) and from the outside of all the library pics it's hard to tell just how much room there is inside.

And yes Liddenham some pics would be appreciated as they seem scarce and I'm sure others would like to see as well, thanks.

Oodles of room inside, Leon08! We fasten up another curtain on the left side of the kitchen area (ie behind the curtain but near to the left side door) where we place the porta potti (have adapted a shower curtain to separate from rest of curtained utility area and have added a pocket for loo roll and hand wipes) and there is still ample space for a larder, cooker unit (dedicated window so you can cook inside this tent) and fridge. We also place a plastic set of drawers backing onto the bedroom area divider on the left side.

The main living area is massive and the windows make it bright and light. We have a very large table in there with six chairs round, but there is easily room for eight if needed. We just move the table to one side if we want to bring our relaxer chairs in, if we need to sit inside when it's raining.

The bedroom area is fab; divided off from the main tent with a privacy curtain it has a central corridor with excellent wardrobe bar at the end and then bedroom inners at each side; to the left there is one huge inner with dividing curtain (so can be used as two separate rooms or one very big one) and to the right there are two separate double inners, separated by yet another wardrobe bar (if you want to use it - we usually find the one at the rear of the tent is enough for us, and it is more stable because it is a solid bar whereas the one which goes between the bedroom inners is a bar suspended on cord and clips).

We have the optional side canopy, which is great because it makes the tent more versatile (we sometimes use the end as an entrance, instead of the front). As this tent has what is very nearly a square footprint (500 x 570) it actually fits well onto most pitches.

Earlier models don't have the curtained off kitchen / utility area, by the way. This is the one we have.

Will try to post pics ASAP.

I have the tent you are looking for. It is in 'as new' condition and has all pegs etc. We used it only twice for 2 by one week camping holidays. It is a fabulous tent, but now not able to use, as old injuries, now beset with arthritis, don't alow me to erect it.  We now have a caravan and a smaller tent instead. We will sell it for half what it cost.
