Hi all

Thinking of buying a tent online think we are going for the outwell montana 6 as reviews are great etc. We have seen lots advertised online but would like to buy from someone reliable!

Any advice would be great

Good choice of tent!!

Personally I never buy online, but I will use online prices to try to get a shop/store to reduce their price if possible.

As for the footprint, if you don't buy one then you can make one from a sheet of tarpaulin cut down to size. But either way I would use something; it keeps the underside of your SIG clean which makes packing away much easier.

To me a footprint is a must to keep the sig clean and dry, I didn't buy the Outwell one though, just went to B&Q and bought a tarpaulin 4mX5m, was about £7 IIRC, does the job perfectly, even has eylets to peg it down with
