hi - we are going away with our vermont xl at easter for the first time - does anyone know if we can roll back the front section/canopy completely - or do we need to keep it up with poles??  Does this make sense???

We have the vermont L -

We've not tried the whole canopy tied up - not even sure if you can. We tend to roll back the door and keep that tied to one side - thats the door in the middle of the front section-hope that makes sense.

We've only ever had the front on poles when its been really nice weather.

Yes, you can roll back the front section completely, rather than using the poles. Well done on your purchase - a true legend amongst lesser tents.
