have put it up in garden but not been camping with it yet. friends of ours have got one and love it, ours hasn't got SIG we were advised strongly not to as its great to roll up sides but with the british weather might have made the wrong choice. we got ours from bell tent uk really helpful.

"... as its great to roll up sides..."

Victor Vole, Simon Squirrel, Herman the Hedgehog or even Roger Rat will completely agree with you! Marcel the Mole is already digging his way towards the middle pole from below...

I've just come back from my first camping trip in my Soul Pad Bell tent and the only tip I would give is be ready to show people round it!

When I went away, 'Ma Belle' was a great conversation starter as most people thought I'd hired her at the campsite.

Hope you have (or had) a great time.

We've also just got back from a short break with ours. The camp site owner asked permission to take a photo to include on their on line brochure as it is a bit different. Several campers and caravaners also comented on it, and on how much room there was inside. I still can't decide on the best internal layout though. Ours is the five meter version, and I have the two worktop units in line facing front to rear in the back half of the tent about four feet away from the pole. This gives space for working between the pole and the units, and enough room to gain access behind for the toilet and out of general sight storage, as I like my tent to look tidy. We then have the two beds to middle and rear on the other side with space at the front for the lounge section.

-------------
Canvas tent, paraffin light, petrol stove. Heaven
I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.

Hi Hush,

We have a 5m Soul Pad Bell tent. Please tell me what the bed is in your pictures, it looks very cosy!

Thanks,

David.
