Bought this tent last week and pitched it for the first time over Easter Weekend, as my garden isn't big enough.
I noticed that one of the fibreglass roof poles has a split in one of the segments and when we took it down this is now worse.
How can I replace this?
Should I just get in touch with were I bought the tent and get them to get a replacement?
Can I just replace the segment that is broken or will I need to replace the full pole?
Also whilst I was cooking in the porch (which was fab) I went back into the tent and must have had some grease on my fingers and marked the front door. How can I get the grease mark's out?
Although I'd seen the tent up, I couldn't believe the amount of room in the tent, which now means I need to buy further things to fill it
I am going to post a review about the tent but have to say despite the split pole I am over the moon with it.

Regarding the pole you need to go back to the shop who should replace the pole. They are, however, unlikely to replace the tent given the grease-damage.
As for that I can't help you and if no one else does then start a new thread that mentions the grease-damage in the title as there may be some who know what to do who haven't opened this thread because they are not familiar with your tent.
Thanks for your reply, Will contact were I bought it from regarding the pole, I don't want to replace the tent as it is fab just wondered what how I went about things, couldn't believe it when I put the grease on the door as i'm normally so carefull about things like that.
UBC will certainly sort out your broken pole but as for the grease I haven't a clue.
I know what you mean about the space, I've already started buying to fill it up. I drive a E320 Merc and even thats not big enough so hubby is trying to reign me in a bit.
