We purchased the Mercury 9 tent at the tail end of last season, as a replacement for our Colman Bi-Space 700 (which had run out of space). Having used it for the first time in the New Forest last week.  What a great investment!! Plenty of room in the main living area, no more squabling between the kids, as seperate sleeping accomodation provides some privacy for them. The double/tripple inner tent provided plenty of room to move around in as well as storeage for kit etc. Very light and airy as the roof is a light green and lets plenty of light in.

I have had to put it back up in the garden in-order for it to dry, one person can put it up , with a little patience, it just takes a little longer, aprox 50 mins, the main problem area was the central pole system especialy when the tent was so wet. I have also discovered that the "Outwell" Side Canopy seems to work with the Mercury, over the back door, my Daughter is having a sleep-over tonight so I will soon know if it doesn't!!

Draw-backs, not many, we did experience some seam leakage in the rain, I gues it will need seasoning. Also there could be a two-way zip on the main entrance in the porch to allow for ventillation when cooking in the rain! However I did discover that if you un-zip the door but keep the velcro fastened it acts in a simular manner.
