I've bought a Robens Double dreamer and had to send it back because it had holes in it. The replacement has holes too!. I'm in the process of returning the latest one. It is clearly a packing fault at the factory. I note that there doesn't appear to be any way of complaining to Robens directly. Anyone any ideas

Robens is the 'upmarket' arm of Outwell,so you could try contacting them.

We had a Robens Eveningstar which leaked ( a lot) and the only contact we had was with the retailer and the nominated repair agent.
