We like to think we're pretty experienced campers & have just erected our new outwell vermont xl. We previously had the outwell hartford xxl ( it was starting to groan after 4 years of use & 2 rather hidious summers!!) Our question is to anyone out there who has got a tried & tested roll & pack system going on how on earth do you cram it into that ridiculous zip trolley bag? We much prefered the hartford sack style with external restrainer straps. Can anyone help pleeeaassee.

Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Lay it out and fold one side to the middle then the other side(from front to back). Then fold in thirds (front to back). Then roll really (and I mean really) tight (from left to right or right to left). When rolled turn trolly bag up side down and then put over tent from the top - Outwell XL packed - done!
PS. Tip for putting up. Put in from poles, loosely peg forward. Put in back poles, loosely peg backwards. Put in middle poles, loosely peg sidewards. Put in remaining poles, shuffle and peg out. Much easier than any other way ;-)
