PLEASE PLEASE HELP US!!!
We are due to go away in our new Sunncamp Festiva and went to my mum's to pt it up today to discover it has no instructions or main area ground sheet!!!!!!
What I would love would be for someone to tell me the living area dimensions please so I can look into buying one.
Also if anyone is lovely enough to scan their instuctions in or photocopy them I would be eternally gratefull. My email is kirsty.pollen at sky.com
Thank you

Ok just found one on ebay[URL=http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?type=4&campid=5336267448&toolid=10001&customid=&mpre=http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUNNCAMP-FESTIVA-12-BERTH-TENT-immaculate-great-value_W0QQitemZ250407216211QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_SportsLeisure_HikingCamping_Tents_JN?hash=item250407216211&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1688|66%3A4|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318]here[/U

I used to have a similar shaped tent to this one .
As the poles are colour coded , assemble the poles first ,lay the flysheet out and insert them into the sleeves , the sleeves will have a little band of the colour on the ends corresponding to the pole colour. Do the middle poles first , the ones that cross over each other to form the dome. Leave all the poles laying flat until theyre all in .
Start with the centre poles that cross over each other .
One person each end of the first pole, there will be rings with pins attached to the bottom of the flysheet. The pin goes inside the end of the pole. put one in and have someone go inside the tent to support and lift the weight of the pole as the other pin is put into place. Do the other crossover pole next.
From the ebay photo it looks like there is a "cap" on the top of the tent, fits over the vent in the roof. make sure this is attached before you raise the tent, as you won't be able to reach it afterwards
The dome will now be standing . the next ones to do are the nearest poles to the centre, forming the roof of the bedrooms , followed by the end ones at the outer edges of the bedrooms. and the porch poles .
The rings will have two or three pins attached in some places, like where the bedrooms attach to the dome, make sure that the poles are not crossing over each other here, eg. the middle pin will be for the dome pole , the porch pole to the front and the bedroom pole to the side .
peg it down in postion loosely through the rings as you go along if its windy. Once all poles are in pull into shape and peg out guylines to hold bedrooms in place. Go inside and check if the tent looks even and the door is easy to open and close.
You may have tension straps running along the floor. These should be lying straight and flat to the ground, they help to form the correct shape to the tent.
When you are happy that the tent is set up as straight as poss, peg down all the loops at the bottom , adjust guylines so that the flysheet is nice and taut , but not overstretched. Then hang up the bedrooms, starting to attach from the back , and finally lay the groundsheet.
It all sounds very complicated written out , but is much simpler in reality .

Thank you all so much we did get it up but we needed an easier way so we will try harder next time. Really looking forward to going away so am off to b& Q next
Thanks again everyone happy camping
Just to say that it's a big tent and it will take you the best part of an hour to get it all up and pegged out, inners in etc. So don't think you're doing it "wrong" if you're taking that sort of time.
