£300 could be the right price for it if its in good condition with the sun canopy & annexe included. Wonder if the storm proofing means its been treated with chemicals though that would be a big no in rex's book!!

isnt the Monaco 11 one of the tents with the plastic strips on all the windows to make them look like divided lights

they might be alright on a house but not sure i would want them on my tent
