Hi after struggling to get on any CC&C sites me and my partner are going to buy a smaler tent. We are going keep the Hartford xl for non CC&C sites.

The specs for the tent are:

we need a good size sitting room for rainy days also one we can stand up in. 4 or more berth if poss, can fit on CC&C sites with EHU.

There is a little bit about pegging out for the first time in this months mag and it mentions that if you have a large tent look in your large tent sites book to find a site then go a try pitching your tent. Does anyone know where to get this book from or is it one that comes free if your a member of the CC&C?

you can go on to their website and type large tent sites in the search box, any reason why it has to be a c&c site.

i have a gelert zenith just as big as yours and i struggled with a few sites but managed to get a list of a few that will accept it. we are going to a site in anglesey may bank hols only chrged £20.00 a night which is great and that was with extra people and EHU.
