We like Wynnster tents although haven't owned either model but these seem very good prices.  Hope you find what you want.

I can highly recommend the Khyam Ontario 8.
We have the 2007 model which has 3 seperate bedroom pods (4+2+2) and we paid £189 plus got the footprint groundsheet thrown in for free.
The 2009 model only has 2 bedrooms but they can each be divided by a curtain.

Easy to erect, fits on a standard pitch, acres of living space and good sized bedroom areas, standing height, SIG.... all in all a great tent for the larger family.

We have just bought the Gelert Horizon 8 for our family of 5 for £199.

It has 4 bedrooms and suits our 2 boys and 1 girl perfectly, and the living area is huge! It has 2 doors and sg. We have also bought the porch so we can have a seperate cooking room.

I have the Wynnster Raven 8. Very much like the Horizon but with only two doors. only used it for the two of us and the dog, but if we were more organised would be able to utilise the space more esp if we get a porch( any ideas anyone?) Its a fab tent, we looked at big tent displays and totally fell in love with it. Can stand up through out, SIG, nice big windows, with curtains on the outside which protect them a bit from frost, top bit of windows have mesh, only down side is no mesh on main doors

We have an Outwell Sun Valley 8 (500HH) and I would recommend it for you. Only drawback is it was discontinued this year but there are still some to be found.

I'm with dadsbeaniemad, except I can vouch for the sunvalley 6 if you can find one. We are identical to you in family size and layout except we are 1 year behind you. Boy 5, boy 8, girl 10. We have camped in a sunvalley 6 since 2005 and loved it so much we replaced it with a sunvalley 6, 2008 version. solid family tent and with the suncanopy now included, perfect for any weather.
