Thanks Claire, that might be something we end up doing when the girls are bigger (and we've gotten around to having number 3 ).

Put our two double airbeds in, squished them to the sides (not too hard, don't want to be breaking anything, or touching the outside skin) and measured the space in between.  I got 75cm, so I think I'll get a single airbed AND the king sized one and see which is better in practice.  I think the king sized will be the way to go, but the single will always be useful for sleepovers and the like.  Aha!  Just remembered the ready bed.  Will have to go blow that up and put it in...  Gosh I need more coffee this morning .

...We have a Nevada M, an 3 children, we have a kingsize airmat for them, and sleep them all sideways across the bed, they are an 8 year old and 5 year old twins, and seem to manage really well, they have not complained yet!  They have insulation either side of the mat, and if any of them ever wake in the night they are easier to get to as i have 3 pairs of feet facing me.

At least there's nothing to fall off!!!

Genius!

Well, I've been trying to post a picture of the solution, but it keeps coming up as a blank box...

So, Outwell Nevada M will fit 2 standard double airbeds (135cm), plus a kid's ready bed (65cm).  This means that the bedroom pods have to be open to each other, as the ready bed slightly goes over the zip at the bottom.  The pods technically have 220cm sleeping space, we've pushed it to 235 without a problem.
