We used our new tent for the first time this May Banh Hol that has just gone and absolutely loved it. Not too difficult to put him (must be not to bad as hubby and I didn't argue - but then we didn't have the kids with us which is always a help). We loved the space and everything about it.
The main problem we encountered when it came to de-camping. We took all poles and pegs out and then tent collapse. We folded the front porch onto to the rest of the tent and proceeded to fold. This is where the problem lies - even with the inner doors open we couldn't get the air out and couldn't get it rolled up very small. Had great difficulty in getting it into the bag and definitely couldn't zip it up. So what are we doing wrong???

Arrange all of the flysheet (with poles removed of course) on top of the sig (with doors left open) so what you are starting with is a basic rectangle (I believe this is where the Outwell online guide video skips to the end without really showing how to do it).
You then stand at what would have been the side of the tent (the long edge) and fold the back edge of the tent to the middle, and the front edge of the tent to the middle so they meet without overlapping.
Get all the air out that you can and repeat this action. Back edge to middle and front edge to middle without overlapping.
Get the air out again and simply fold the two halves together so you are left with a long, neat, sausage that is roughly the width of the roller bag.
Then, and this is the key part, you roll as tightly as you can. I do this by rolling with my hands and then kneeling on the roll as I go. It helps that I am fifteen stone. If you kneel and roll, kneel and roll, you will find you are left with a large roll of tent that is roughly the sixe of the bag.
Drop it in the bag, if you have rolled tightly then you will also have room for a folded up groundsheet from the porch and a feeling of achievement!
Hope this helps.
