My wife has recently bought a Sportura Tulsa 8 that did not contain any instructions for putting it up. Does anyone have instructions and/or an inventory of parts so that we can work out if it is all there and how to put it up. Tried looking for a manufacturer's web site but couldn't find one. Looks like it might be a standard sort of tent that can be branded by any distributor.
Thank you

Looks like nobody does. I think I have worked it out by matching up the different bits to the picture provided and having raised a similar eight-man tent last year. If there is anyone in the same position, please feel free to contact me to exchange notes.
Haven't tried it out yet. Will let you know in a couple of weeks. But on the basis of checking out the various bits, it certainly looks sturdy enough and plenty big for a family of five. If anything, you might find it too big, so keep an eye on pitch size restrictions when you are booking. Fibre glass poles are good and strong and the metal ones are a lot more solid than the last tent we used. Seems to be quite a rigid construction. May require additional guy ropes to secure it so bear that in mind and perhaps buy some spares and plenty of pegs in case. Happy camping!

Sportura is the brand normally sold in Costco. Not sure if they have these tents this year but they certainly did last. I had a good look at it then and it looked pretty well made and equipped. The HH is only 1500 though.
