Hi just purchased the gelert beyond meridion 10 man tent really impressed by its quality and size (its huge) only down side is the instructions are not very clear as to putting it up ie there are 3 different types of pegs and it does not tell you which ones are to be used where on the tent.

We are new to camping and just put it up for the first time today took just over 1 hour. Can anyone give any advise on the easiest way of erecting this tent please.

hi i have the same tent only mine is last years but i think that they are basically the same, i had the same problem so i just did the best i could ,i mainly just used the metal ones and it was fine, i just did a check once or twice a day mainly the guy's,if you go to the meridian 10 review page that's mine on our last trip i think its a pretty good attempt. I've seen some tents and i just want to go around and put them right any way hope this helps
