'Go Outdoors' have the Nevada 3 erected and were using the Vango canopy as an extension to it.This was last week. They were getting some of the canopies in and selling them for £30 ish. The canopy looked excellent with the Nevada 3. I have one of these canopies but in Laurel/Sage and my Nevada's in blue. However It lookesd the business and anyone wanted a canopy for this excellent little tent - look no further.
r+a Oxon - I was about to post a question about this canopy from the 'well known auction site' after I tried to buy one from a couple of other sites (just to talk to the seller first) and they were both reluctant to sell me one based on their lack of detail of the Nevada 3- fair enough!
However you seem to have had no prob's with it which is good news. We aren't looking for a huge amount of extra space, just a bit more foreward to solve the minor rain/slopey front issue. My main issue was how far the front of the canopy roof extends beyond the front of the floor of the tent? Any details will be useful before I buy my own. Cheers.

An alternative to the Vango is this for £19. It's the one I have and I was hoping to use it this weekend but didn't have the opportunity - will now have to wait until the end of the week before I get to use it. However, at least one other member of thbis forum has one and says that it works great.
Ok thanks for that, though I should have also asked roughly how far does the roof of the canopy extend from the roof of the tent as well (it's not easy to tell from the pictures).
No need to ask how far the other canopy extends
former-scout as it's fairly obviously a fair few feet!
Seems good value at £19 too.
Cheers chaps.

Or another alternative is the Vango large canopy for the same well known auction site at £23. It fits the Nevada well and gives a good amount to space at the front. Stops the rain at the door a treat! See mine here -

r+a - No need for any more measurements thanks as I've gone ahead and bought the canopy - Vango standard. Will be interested to know how you get on with it though as I won't be getting a chance to use it for a while.
Hi, we use the Outwell universal side canopy on ours and it fits well. Ony takes a few minutes to put up and gives enough room for a couple of chairs and a small table.

Our daughter bought this canopy (Vango) recently after reading everyone elses experience. We put it up in the garden at the weekend and it fits a treat.
