Vango use dlx (delux) for a version of a tent that is a special offer via a retail outlet , or to signify some added benefit compared to the standard .Precisely what the difference is between the models , I can not tell you , but you would not be worse off by going for the DLX.Also consider the similar and possibly cheaper Vango Killington range.
Hi Maggie. If you currently have the standard Diablo, you'll have tyhe one with the "saggy" bedrooms. Last year Vango listened to its customers and added an extra pole over the bedrooms making them the XP. This is an infinite improvement. This year's model is the DLX. Frankly I don't know what the difference is apart from the living space looks marginally bigger. We got a super deal this year on last year's model, which is what we bought.
Hope this helps a bit
Pete

really like the diablo but its coming to its end now sadly
like the way the living area can be zipped separatley from the porch area ....there are a few similar tents eg colorado...but the whole living area is open..........
dont know what the interior of Killington is like.
The Killington hasn't got the zipped "door" between the dome and the porch. In some ways I wish it did, to lessen the area to warm up in there, but it's also a good thing as it makes it light and airy in there...
Picky moi?
