I'm trying to replace my Coleman Cedar Creek. In high winds the crosspoles of the roof frame have rubbed away so much of of the pole sheaths that there just isnt enough material left to resew it again.
Ideally I'd like something with all metal poles - tunnel like so no crossing points to rub away, Sewn in ground sheet and a tapered roof on the sleeping area for warmer nights. 2 bedrooms and 4 to 5 man.
Currently the closest I can find is a montana 4 but the fabric is very light and others have mentioned how bright it gets in the morning + the living space is a tad small.
ANyone have / know of any alternatives
