Its a great price for a great tent if its in good condition . They are £399 everywhere this year .
No real downfalls with the monty, most people like to add on the canopy or extension to stop rain running off the front door into the tent when its opened, but there is a simple way of avoiding this, and thats to use the side porch when its raining .
Buy if it appears in good condition , if at all possible haggle a little, but to be honest , a popular tent like this, you could use this year, sell next year for the same price .One year's free camping !!

Find out what year it is.Even though it has been used only 5 times, was it an ex display model when it was bought.
£150 seems a good price, but I'd do a bit of research before I parted with the cash.
Also the Outwell kids room don't fit the pre 2008 Montana 6

Ruth, you do know that you mustn't wash it with detergent of any sort don't you?
just plain water and a new sponge, no residue of washing up liquid or anything like that , it will affect the waterproofing ..if the inner tent needs washing , you can do that in the bath or in the washing machine with non bio liquid or powder , but make sure its very well rinsed , and dry on the line .
