Hi all

Narrowed it down to 3 tents, that i think will suit our needs. Keep changing my mind though, could change again!!

Gelert Meridian 10

If you had a choice, which would you choose.

No wrong choice here. If it was me I would go for the Meridian 10 and buy the porch canopy to go with it , then you have the space and sleeping accomodation for a large party.

I would go for the Gelert, I love this tent its one I would really like to have but also some sites may charge extra for the Outwells because of the big pitching size.

just got the gelert beyond meridian 10 just brilliant BIG ,WELL MADE, plenty of hanging pockets ,and all important S.I.G and easy to pitch    , buy one

Hartford Xl for me, more headroom in the bedrooms than the XXL and doesnt look like an air raid shelter (Gelert Meridian) !!! Then again i dont like tunnel tents ! 17

No offence meant to Gelert meridian owners !

hey paul , with the gelert tent , can you split the 2 bedrooms in half to make 4 bedrooms

Hi yes to your question , they are 4 bedrooms two each end,they have a dividing curtain 3+2 at one end and 3+2 the other end ,if you are thinking of getting one i would recommend this tent ,so much room inside ,no bending over at all ,not even in bedroom areas ,and the beyond range has been much improved ,to compete with the outwell brand at a realistic price ;)
